USE IN BRUSSEL SPROUT PREPARATION.

THE PAIRING KNIFE IS THE CORRECT UTENSIL FOR TRIMMING AND SCORING BRUSSEL SPROUTS AS I PREPARE THEM FOR STEAMING AND THEN AIR FRYING THEM FOR A PERFECT VEGTABLE TO ACCOMPANY MY MEATLOAF DINNER.
