Home Cook Review

I purchased this knife mainly for peeling apples, potatoes, and other fruits, and it has exceeded my expectations. The curved blade follows the shape of the food naturally, which helps reduce waste and improves control. The knife is razor sharp, lightweight, and comfortable to use for extended periods. Zwilling’s craftsmanship is outstanding as always.

Perfect Paring Knife

This paring and peeling knife is very sharp and very easy to use! I use it for apples, pears, kiwis, oranges, etc. It fits well in my hand and I can peel accurately. It is wicked sharp, however, so be careful when using!
