Customer Service not refunding

I returned this set, and I called customer service multiple times, but the refund has not been issued. There was a glitch with the tracking number, but I have proof from my local UPS guy that the item was delivered to Macy's. I called Macy's for the third time last week, and they told me it would be refunded, but still nothing. Not sure why they are playing games.

Affordable and Great for Dorm Rooms
