Arrived Open and Poorly Packaged

I am very disappointed with how this order arrived. The comforter was shipped only in its original product box, without a protective outer shipping box. The box was badly crushed, torn, dirty, taped in several places, and partially open when I received it. This packaging was careless and unprofessional, especially for an order from Macy’s. The product should have been properly sealed and placed inside a sturdy shipping box to keep it clean and protected during delivery. Receiving an open package also made me concerned about whether the comforter had been previously opened or handled. I expected much better packaging and service from Macy’s. Please improve the way these items are packed before shipping them to customers.

King-sized comforter

I have not used it yet as it isn't cold enough yet, but I washed it and it feels really nice. I have had alternative down before and loved it. I'm certain I will love this too.

Excellent comforter!

Have had this on our bed a week and we absolutely love it. It’s lightweight but has a nice loft. Feels warm and cozy without being too heavy. I’m a hot sleeper so this is perfect for me. Have already bought 2 more and may get in yet another color. Hand steamer quickly smoothed out wrinkles.

Good Value Comfortable

I realized that the color was not suitable for where I wanted to use it but I decided to keep it and use it in a spare bedroom when someone visits in cold weather. It seems fine and I have been very happy with other bedding I have bought from Macy's in the past so I do not expect any problems. The price was definitely right.
