The coolness was nice but it went flat very quickly. Until it did that I loved it. But now its so flat and uncomfortable.

Horrible! They ball up an it’s been 4 months so I dare not return them so I just walked out and placed them in the dumpster. Never again!

Huge waste. I have cooling pillows from awalmart that are nicer than these, cool better and COST HALF THE PRICE. This was one of my worst purchases of 2025. The pillows are like crinkle paper - they are crunchy when squeezed. Wish I could get a refund. They have no support - flattens like a pancake, almost like a rock when you sleep on them. Go to awalmart!!!!

this pillow was not cooling at all. It lost the shape quickly and I really wanted to send this pillow back after the first week

Constantly having to flip pillow due to heat, very disappointed- no cooling properties whatsoever, i would NOT recommend these, nor would I ecer buy them again, waste of money

Horrible packaging
Box arrived damaged with oil or some kind of greasy stains all over it. No additional protective filling paper or plastic was included to protect the merchandise. Box was much larger than the contents. Perhaps that was why the box arrived in such poor condition.
