This has been a nightmare! When I ordered this loveseat, I also ordered the sofa to match. It was stated online the sofa would take 6-8 weeks and the loveseat would be delivered the very next week. I was good with that since I ordered on March 14th. I am now in my 8th week, no sofa and company coming for graduation. They have my sofa as “in stock” so I tried to cancel my old order and reorder the in stock sofa only to be told, my order is processing and is expected to be delivered June 16th. I have called customer service and was on hold for 37 minutes. Called again and was put on a call back list. They called back and put me on hold again. I called a 3rd time, got a guy that could not speak English with dogs and kids in the background. He could only tell me what I could see myself online. Called again and got a girl who has broken English, asked for a supervisor and was put on hold indefinitely . I am now in the process of returning g the loveseat and will shop elsewhere.
Fabric fading
I really wanted to love everything about this sofa - and for the most part I do. It’s very comfortable and large enough to fit my family of five. However, after just 6 months, the Chrome Beige fabric (see sample) has faded to a terrible cool silver grey. I was really trying to get away from cold grey furniture, but after the “beige” faded, I’m stuck with grey again. Macys says fabric fading (even within the first year) isn’t covered under warranty. It’s a shame.

Bought this sofa because I liked the look of it and had a hard time finding the right shade of gray to coordinate with another piece of furniture. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been as comfortable as I’d hoped. The back cushions aren’t tall enough to properly support my head, and I’m not even that tall. Honestly, I miss my old sofa—I used to take great naps on it. The few times I’ve fallen asleep on this one, intentionally or not, the naps just haven’t been nearly as comfortable or refreshing. If you’re looking for furniture that mainly looks nice, this might work for you. But if comfort is the priority, this isn’t it.

I ordered this sofa in Heavenly Cinder and they delivered Heavenly Chrome Beige. The 3rd party rep came out and read the label and insisted it was Heavenly Cinder. Apparently the don’t miss-label anything at Macy’s. After I use my points, I’m closing my Macy’s account.

I’ve had the couch for about 6 months. It is already sagging. The cushions lose their shape within a few weeks of moderate use. You sink when you sit down. I had my last couch for over 20 years and it held up better than this couch after moderate wear over a few months. I should have had old couch reupholstered. I don’t recommend this couch. I already had to buy supports to go under cushions.

I just buy one for my bedroom after few days I returned it , there is a nail come out from it my daughter was moving it and she got injured so I call Macy customer service they say ok we will come pick it up but they charged me the pick up fees . So I paid the delivery fees and the pick up fees and my daughter got injured and no sofa and they just said put a feedback .
Great looking sofa
I purchased my sofa in the Heavenly Naval Blue and love it! The pictures on line do not show how nice it really is. Very comfortable to sit on. The sofa bed is a great size. It is a little hard but what sofa bed is not. I add a mattress topper and that helped with comfort. Great buy.
