Do not purchase!!!!

This is my first and last time I will purchase furniture from Macys. I have had my sofa since mid July 2026. It is the being of September 2026. Even with the rotating of the sofa cushions every week. They still have lost all of their support. I am currently looking to purchase some type of support to put under the cushion.

Radley Ottoman

Poorly made and cheap looking, poor design and storage is disappointing. Spring system for opening the ottoman is not made to withstand frequent opening. The entire ottoman moves when you open the top. Very disappointing.

Sofa couldn't fit through my entrance door, it was put back on the truck to the warehouse. I plan to purchase a smaller sofa

Never received

I never received this item. It says it was delivered 11 days ago. I have called and all they would do is promise to send me a tracking number. I have yet to receive the number.

Heavenly caramel tan

It is yellow not tan in color . Couch is firm & comfortable . Would not recommend the color.

Perfect Little Loveseat!

I'm very happy with this purchase! The fabric is soft and a perfect color for my small living room. The seating is comfortable, while also being a bit firm, which I prefer for support. And the white glove delivery service couldn't have been better.

Please avoid

Please avoid this couch. The couch is fine (although it is overpriced). The delivery service is the worst. The sales people will lie to you about the white glove delivery. It’s the exact opposite. They refuse to bring it up a flight of stairs. Delivery guys are rude and hostile. Please I beg you. Just buy a couch somewhere else. It’s not worth the head ache.
