Other occasion to buy:Too much money considering the pillow insert is NOT included. The customer service was not correct in reassuring me that the pillow insert was included.

false advertising

The product was listed as Pillow Sham PILLOWS. I called the company before ordering to clarify if the sham INCLUDED THE PILLOW INSERT. They assured me that it did and I believed it especially with the price of the shams. Guess what - it did NOT include the pillows themselves just the shams. Yes, I like the Shams but VERY COSTLY considering it does not include the pillows. In the description it said "This ultra soft sateen cotton pillow" I am very disappointed in both the accuracy of description and the customer service that reassured me that the pillow was included.
