This review is from Madison Park Serene Cotton Tufted Bath Rug, 24" x 60"Perfect Bathroom Rug
This was a very attractive tufted bath rug, long and narrow. I bought it as a gift and my friend was thrilled at how attractive it was. It had a good weight and soft texture.

Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the rug arrived with creases that would not come out and that this affected your experience. We understand how frustrating it is when a new item doesn’t look as expected right out of the package. The Madison Park Serene Bath Rug features a beautiful high-low tufted leaf design, soft and absorbent 100% cotton construction, and a skid-resistant backing for added convenience and comfort. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

I haven't had a chance to use the rug yet, as I purchased it for a newly remodeled bathroom that is not yet complete. It looks and feels beautiful and I can't wait to use it.
This review is from Madison Park Serene Cotton Tufted Bath Rug, 24" x 60"Beautiful but sheds
I just received this bath runner and as is my custom I shook it to get it fluffed up. To my surprise the more I shook it the more it shed small white threads. I am assuming that these are loose threads from the leaf pattern design. Will see how it holds up. It is a beautiful rug.

This review is from Madison Park Serene Cotton Tufted Bath Rug, 24" x 60"Great rug for the price
It’s a great runner, especially for the inexpensive price. I’d be willing to pay more money for a higher quality rug. However, Macy’s doesn’t carry those. This was the best I found, and I’m happy with my purchase. The color is a nice sandy beige and compliments our cream and oiled bronze bathroom.
