This review is from Hotel Collection Ultimate MicroCotton® Hand Towel, 16" x 30", Exclusively at Macy’snice and fluffy but colors are "meh".
Towels absorb, are colorfast and durable. Love the softness and thickness. Too bad Hotel Collection doesn't make these in bright beautiful colors. Only colors available are rather drab.

This review is from Hotel Collection Ultimate MicroCotton® Tub Mat, 26" x 34", Exclusively at Macy’sJust what I needed; all the right features!
A recent purchase; I have not yet had opportunity to wash. I chose cotton without backing and a smaller size so the item will not weigh too much when wet and a normal residential clothes washer can spin dry without taxing its motor. Color is lovely; a pale blue and coordinates well with paint, shower curtain and towels.Fits area between my tub and my vanity in a small bathroom for 1. I chose a mat without backing or grip intentionally; this mat is secure and I dont find it slippery at all and it is very comfortable on wet feel. This mat is plenty thick for my needs but it not overly thick or plush. It absorbs water well and dries completely between daily shower when draped over the end of a standard size 5' bathtub. I am very happy with my purchase.

This review is from Hotel Collection Ultimate MicroCotton® Bath Towel, 30" x 56", Exclusively at Macy’sPampered Princess Vibes
I'm usually the type that will use the same towels for years without a care for color, texture, thread count, etc. But after months of caring for my very sick mother who could only live on ground floor level, I wanted to create a space that she could call her own and brighten her environment with her favorite color: pink. The color, a soft baby pink, is exactly what I wanted for her. This towel is so incredibly soft, which is perfect for her thin fragile skin. It's not too heavy or thick for my frail mother, but still very absorbent, and dries quickly. And thank goodness it survives the washer unlike some other towels I've purchased before. Overall, my mom loves these cute pink soft towels, and she immediately asked if I bought more than one. Oh, I did alright. And I will buy more for myself so I can also feel like a pampered princess.

Too much lint even after many washes
My mom got these in white and loved the quality, so I ordered in the dark grey color and they let off so much lint. She said hers did the same but after 2 washes they stopped letting off so much lint. I’ve had these towels for months now and have washed many times & am still experiencing so much lint when drying off after shower/ taking out of dryer.

You sent me the wrong color and duplicated it to white Now I’m inconvenienced to have to go into the store and take them back
So soft!
THE softest towels! So happy I’ve added them to my bathroom for myself and guests. Definitely would get more from this Hotel collection!
