Doesn’t have a good fit

The mattress pad I got was for a king bed. The fit was not good. The elastic was loose and the mattress pad got bunched up because it had such a loose fit

Support at Ella Jayne2 years ago

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that the fit of the mattress pad wasn’t as expected. Our Big and Soft Mattress Pad is designed with a generous fit to accommodate various mattress depths and can be tucked in tighter if there is extra, but we understand that if the elastic feels too loose, it may not provide the snug fit you were looking for.

If the fit isn’t working for you, please reach out to us at support@ellajayne.com, and we’d be happy to help find a better-suited option for your bed. EJH_ADMIN

Very Unhappy

I did not notice when I purchased this pad that there was nothing said about whether or not it was "machine dry-able." The instructions on the pad itself said to dry at "low heat" or "no heat." I chose "delicate" on my dryer. The backing of the pad melted bunching it up so it wouldn't lay flat. In order to make it lay flat, I had to rip the backing, rendering the pad useless.
