Too thin

I was so disappointed at the quality of this bed pad. The original price indicated that there would be a nice thick cushioned pad and there wasn’t. I put it in the dryer as suggested and it remained a very thin pad. I buy a bed pad for additional comfort and this didn’t do that.

Good quality

I had to replace the one that I have had for at east 15 years because the elastic was worn out. I love the quality of this new cover and especially love the deal I received when I purchased it.

Great Fit but not Cotton as Advertised

Kudos on the thickness and fit (we have a 14.5" mattress and it fits like a champ). Not thrilled that it's not 100% cotton as listed on the website, BUT good luck finding one that ISN'T at least partially polyester. It least it's combined with bamboo, to that kinda helps make up for the false advertisement.

Not 100% cotton, but polyester!

Beware! I was concentrating on getting 100% cotton mattress cover, as it stated on the website, unfortunately when I received it i was really disappointed to find out that it is all polyester! Shame on you Macys to mislead customers like this! Now I have to return it to the store and look for something else.

NOT Cotton! 100 percent polyester

Received 100% polyester mattress pads (two Twin XL). The help line could not guarantee if I return this set, that the next ones would be all cotton.
