Horribly Surprised

I have ordered this flower balm for Mom and she just adored flower inside and the natural color and scent but this one I received had a Black flower! So sad they advertise pink or purple this was going to be gift for friend thought I should check even though had a clear tab seal over package. The color of flower even gives glow of balm looking dull I'm surprised was released for sell to public hopefully they will send me new one as advertised
