Longing for the old days

Quality not as expected

Beautiful finish and design. But the weight of the product is much lighter than traditional Wilton platters. I ordered 2, and each was a different weight. Got a 3rd as a replacement and that also was a different weight. Missing the original owners/maufacturers - their QC and their products were worth the price. These made oversees, not so much.

Disappointed

Beautiful finish and design, but very lightweight compared to bowls I have from 15 years ago. Obviously manufacturing is using less expensive alloys - so the quality and longevity is suspect. Disappointed. Won't buy again.

Inside unfinished.

Beautiful on the outside however the inside is rough unfinished. Not sure if I will keep it. Runs the elegance of the pitcher as you can see part of the inside. Maybe I received a bad one?
