Good Machine, One Big Flaw

This is a good looking coffee machine and it works well. However, as other reviews have stated the carafe is extremely thin, and unfortunately I’m just counting the days until it breaks.

Willow eco series coffee pot

I love the coffee maker ,makes great coffee an I love it different from others BUT very hard to clean should've been wider in the middle I'm using it for now But nit practically for everyday use with family that loves coffee ,wish they had a better coffee cantor for it ..I'm sure this will be discontinued for many reasons

broken glass carafe

unfortunately the glass carafe had a crack where the handle joined the vessel.

Coffee maker

This coffee is hot only when you brew it but once it's brewed , and you have your coffee on and you want to warm it back up it will not warm it back up the plate will not warm back up not happy about this coffee maker

Hi Nataly, sorry this hasn't worked the way you hoped. The warming plate holds coffee hot for up to 120 minutes after brewing, then shuts off for safety, so it keeps coffee warm rather than reheats it. Came damaged

The product came damaged the glass was shattered and when I did the return I was charged $10 restocking fee which was very upsetting

Fragile Carafe

I bought this as a gift for a young couple and their carafe broke after one month. They have tried to order a replacement carafe, but it is on back order. I’m very disappointed as the design and function seemed so great and it makes a great gift.
