Beautiful design poor quality control

Beautiful but damaged. I wish there was still a Waterford store near me so I could look at/check the item before bringing it home. Seems this step is skipped with Macy’s mail order. I’m pretty sure the damage happened long before shipping, packaging was great. Damage is an almost invisible chip on the rim.
