Manufacturing Defect (?)

I believe this frame was manufactured incorrectly. The front side of the frame is smooth. The back of the frame is the side that actually has the etchings. It's backward! Etchings should be on the front of the frame. (I bought a matching vase directly from Waterford to confirm.) It looks ridiculous. I bought this for a wedding, but I'd be too embarrassed to gift it. I will be returning it instead.

Waterford Lismore Essence Frame 5 x 7

Loved the beauty of Waterford. Bought this frame, to match my previous ring holder gift, in the Lismore Essence pattern as the engagement. Elegant!

No current email updates on status of order

Never had a delivery from Macy’s by DoorDash. Wouldn’t recommend it. No email updates on status of delivery for several days according to only status of package the package is still in California as of 3/23. It’s is now 3/26 and still no update but says it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow 3/27 to Kentucky. I very much doubt it. NO UPDATES is terrible customer service.
