Great chair and great price!

We had this delivered 10 days ago. I saw it’s on sale for $150 less than when we bought it. Agent was great in giving us the sales price. I’ve had great customer service!

Recliner

This recliner exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, easy to keep clean, and you can literally feel the pressure relieve from your lower back when you recline to zero gravity. Instantly became the favorite seat in the family room, probably buying a second one.

Just receivd the chair and already love it.

I'm very surprised at the low rating—I always read them and the previous reviews have not been my experience with this recliner. It's really so comfortable because it has three different controls meaning you can make the chair basically customized to your body. This sale price is an excellent deal.

WELLLLLL

These chairs are nice, BUT they have to be plugged in to be used! when we purchased it the sales associate told me they had battery packs! They do not. We have to buy two battery packs to use them. Just a little frustrating. I thought it would be helpful to know this information.

Terrible Recliner

Bought this recliner on sale. Does not worth the price because it's the most uncomfortable recliner. There is no back support. The motor sounds like it's over worked, and also it seems something is broken. Requested Macy's to send someone to check it out. The employee that was contracted showed no interest in finding the problem instead instructing me how to sit. Now I am stuck with a useless piece of furniture. Buyer's beware of this purchase.

Description not accurate

This recliner doesn't meet the criteria to be a zero gravity chair. It does lay flat ... however it doesn't offer a position where you hips are lower than your legs and feet or any position which take the strain off your back

Beautiful Chair

This is a very nice chair. Unfortunately I had to return it because it didn’t help my back issues. I needed more lumbar and neck support. However if you just need a comfortable chair to watch TV or read, it’s perfect.
