Never arrived

I contacted customer service about this issue and have received no help. The package never arrived, and I have yet to even receive an offer of a refund or reshipment.

Runs very small

In my experience, the sizing guide is significantly inaccurate. Also, Macy’s sent email saying product shipped; however, 4 business days later UPS tracking says UPS is still waiting for the product.
