Stylish and comfortable
Very pleased with this shoe. They are quite comfortable for something other than a sneaker. Although I do not think I could wear them 8+ hours.

Narrow heel
The heel on the back of my foot was way too narrow. I had to stretch the back of the shoe to fit my foot. Once I heated the shoe to form to my foot, the shoe was fine.

Subpar Leather
I have a few pairs of the Klara Ballet Flat in different colors because the arch support really works for me and they are available in Wide. However, the leather on the black pair that I bought is of such poor quality that they easily gets scratched or just totally scrapes off. For the price, I expect the leather to last a little bit longer.

Beautiful Shoes
I love these flats but the left shoe is bigger than the right. The right shoe fits fine. I got the camel color and they are beautiful. I am going to try them again, not sure if I am going to take the back. I am very disappointed
