Weird material and closes with only snaps

This blouse looks very pretty, but the fabric has a very stiff, odd feel to it and it closes with only snaps which means it can open very easily. Unfortunately, I bought it on Last Chance so I cannot return it or I would.

Color is more wine than red. Pretty subtle sparkles. Soft and comfortable. Not very long.
