Down pillows

I was hoping for a good nights sleep.expecting nice soft down pillows. Instead they turned out to be extra firm and very uncomfortable . I will never shop on line for pillows again, just go into store to buy. Otherwise I live Macy’s and usually do all my purchases on line.
