Product not of cotton material

Made cheaply, cheap material, silky material, and it does not have any ties within the duvet cover comers to tie and hold duvet insert in place.

This item is made from 100% microfiber polyester. We apologize that your piece arrived without corner ties. While all of our duvets are designed with ties, this one may have been missed. PemAmerica

Soft Duvet

Not soft at all. Thin cheap material.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear the material didn’t meet your expectations. This item is a duvet cover, which is designed to be lightweight so you can pair it with any duvet insert you prefer to achieve the thickness and softness you like. The feel will depend greatly on the insert used inside it. Still, we truly appreciate your input and will use it to continue improving our products. PemAmerica

Missing the insert ties

I liked the feel and look of the duvet cover in person but, I thought it was a little thicker and it would have the insert ties on the inside. It was disappointing not to have the ties to keep my duvet insert in place.

Quite Nice

I previously gave a not too good review of these. After thinking on it a bit. I do believe it was just one of those that happened to go through without perfect quality control. As I really am quite happy with the others I have purchased and I would recommend these as they are very easy to take care of and are truly quite lovely on the bed. I did not see a way to edit my previous comment so I decided to add another review..
