Terrible shipping conditions
Pillow came in an open plastic bag and open, crushed box. Returned it the same day I got it so didn’t get to try the pillow.

Pillow is a good pillow, however the shipping by Macy’s is less than desirable. Received pillow in a big brown box 1 size too big. Pillow was in a plastic bag and box was crushed beyond recognition. I’ve bought these pillows in the past and they always come in a smaller form fitting box this did not….very disappointing Macy’s.

2 months agoi bought another set 10 years ago, still better than ever! bought another set for another house i purchased
Good Pillow
Bought it for one sister who wasn't crazy about it, but the other sister took it instead and absolutely loves it. Gives her structure when she lays her back against it but is still comfy when she sleeps. Good airflow and supportive.
