Disappointed

I have an identical pair of these shoes in black that I brought about 5 years ago that I have worn quite a lot. These shoes were too wide and they slipped in the heel even though they are supposed to be narrow. Sending these back. What has happened to Trotters?

Nightmare

They were cheaply made ( not leather ) and WAY too big. I returned them on May 2.2025 and they confimed that they received them. They SAY they credited my account on May 12, 2025 but I still do not see the credit in my account and ,my bank said they have no record of it and it is not pending. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

8m but narrow at the toe 4 me. Nice cushion pretty. I reordered 8W. Please w shoe.

I would buy this product again.

I really love the shoes. I have difficulty finding comfortable, good fitting shoes because I have a narrow heel. These shoes are stylish and comfortable. I was grateful that they came in navy. However, the shoes and box they were contained in have a musty odor. Hopefully, in time the smell will vanish. I would not hesitate to buy the same shoe in another color.

I'm returning them. Parts of leather strips are loose.

Cheaply made. I've had better luck with Trotters in the past.
