Runs small in length and not narrow enough in heels
Wasn't able to keep, sent back as my heela popped out of the back of the shoe. Have tried all the heel inserts over the years, none work, so didn't even bother here. Too bad, cute shoe that doesn't look like something my Granny Granny would've worn which is how most narrow shoes are styled.

Legitimately wide but not supportive
I have a wide, high-volume foot. I was impressed that the size I received actually did fit around my foot. It's an attractive shoe, but the sole is bendy, there's a lack of padding and arch support, and the leather is quite thin. My poor sore feet felt unsupported compared to other shoes I have, so unfortunately it's not for me.
Did not fit me properly
These did not fit me the same as other loafers. They were far more narrow than expected; I could not even get my foot into the shoe. Will have to return them.

Unsure.
I wear a Narrow size 9, and am grateful for any shoes offered in Narrow sizes. When I received these shoes, I tried to put them on, while wearing socks and foot compression sleeves, and couldn't get them on. I was surprised and impressed, since they were narrow. I also needed to add my personal orthotics. So, I removed the inner cushioned insert that came with the shoe. The shoes then were too big, with no arch support. I put my own orthotic, and they were too big. I'm still trying to get the combination (with/ without the compresson sleeves and socks) to get the combination that works. For this looking for Narrow shoes, these are worth trying out; however, if you need to wear orthotics or need arch support, don't have high expectations. The thick, cushioned insert does make the shoe feel snug; but the shoes themselves don't offer the kind of narrow fit and support that you may expect from a shoe that is specifically cut for a narrow foot.

Nice Shoes
Very nicely made shoes, good quality, very stylish. I wear an 8- 8 1/2 because I wanted to be able to wear them with thin socks I ordered an 8 1/2 and they fit very comfortable. They were worth the price. I got them in Olive... If available I'd order another but they sold out kind of quickly.

just okay
Cheaply made, but not priced as such. Nice color (silver), but a crease developed after five minutes in the “leather.” Insufficient arch support and cardboard-feeling heel cup. Beware of Macy’s short return policy.
I would buy this product again
I am so happy to find a shoe that is my size 10 1/2 narrow that also is stylish.
