Pretty shoe and neutral color

I wear a wide width usually and they did not have the D width so I ordered the M width hoping I could make do but unfortunately it was too tight for me. There is no arch support at all but if width had been good I would have put an inner sole in shoe. Pretty shoe and color and a very good neutral color.

Not Enough Arch Support

Good shoe, but the picture showed a high arch support. It is not.

Perfect match!

I have been looking for months for shoes that match my mother of the bride dress….stylish yet a reasonable heel height and these are perfect! Very comfortable!

I have worn Trotters for years. I bought these to wear to a wedding. I wear a 7W. The toe box on these was so short I could barely get my toes in them and definitely not a true wide. I had the same problem with Liz flats that I purchased last year. Obviously returned both. I don't know what has happened to your sizing and quality but definitely not what it used to be.

I had to return this shoe

Two issues with the shoe. The red color in the photo doesn't adequately show how sparkly the red is- not what I was looking for. This is one of three shoes I'm returning because of the new removable insoles. They aren't properly fitted and cause the shoes to squeak when you walk. This is a big disappointment- I've always valued the way Trotters shoes were constructed. Need to find my new go-to brand.
