Good quality comfortable shoe

I had high hopes for this shoe but they just didn't fit my flat, narrow, low volume feet. The back strap was sloppy, the entire shoe felt so loose and baggy that it was difficult to walk securely. I can't blame the shoe. The quality was good, and they seemed like they would be comfortable and versatile. My feet are hard to fit, so if you have the same problem, I would skip this one.

Pretty shoes for someone else

The shoes are beautiful, but will not stay on the back of my feet, and have slippery soles and heels.

A Little Disappointing

I have bought many pairs of Trotters shoes because they fit well and they are comfortable. There are many shoes with low heels that still have a dressy appearance which is what I personally appreciate. I knew I would love this shoe which matches my personal style. I was delighted that the leather is soft and the band across the foot does not cut in the skin at all. However my complaint is the back strap which is too long even when shortened to the last tiny hole. It makes the shoe too loose and my foot is not secure. A smaller size would not be suitable as the length of it is perfect as is. I will keep the shoes but I will not buy a second and third pair as I had planned.
