My favorite bag

I wanted a carry on that universally fit the airline guidelines for size, and this was also very highly rated. The quality is great and the gray color looks really elegant. It actually hold a lot too

Would like a couple of

Would like a couple of small external pockets. The zipper on the hinged front does not allow you to set the suitcase on a luggage stand. Must turn it sideways so the front panel can lay open.

I travel quite regularly and

I travel quite regularly and have gone through many suitcases. This is by far the best one I have used. The wheels function noticeably better than those on any of my other suitcases. They move easily and amazingly the bag does not roll away when on a slant. I’m also impressed with the outside cover, which seems quite stain and scratch resistant. Definitely recommend highly.

What a bag! It has

What a bag! It has everything. It's a great size, it has every pocket, divider, section you can imagine. It has a place for a charger, toiletries, longer garments, etc. I keep finding more about it and it gets better. On top of all of that, it glides like a dream. It has great functionality, beautiful design, and I have no doubt it will prove its durability for years to come.

The zippers, wheels and material

The zippers, wheels and material meet expectations. Functionally I am disappointed with the telescoping handle. When packed full, the handle only extends one segment (~12") instead of the full height.
