I purchased these pans a few weeks ago, and I am very pleased with the performance and the clean ability of them up to this point. The food cooks evenly and releases properly when oiled and heated and so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Do Not Buy
We are very unhappy with our set. They do not clean well at all. We are scrubbing with hot water, soap different types of clothes, sponges, letting them soak and they will not clean well at all. We followed all instructions on the use of the stainless steel and eveyrhting sticks to the pan. We've warmed up the pan, used oil, lowered, let food 'release' but yet everything sticks....and then does not clean. We have used stainless before these are not a good purchase. We reached out, but the company simply said they would do nothing.

Nice set, some "squealing"
I like the look and feel of this cookware set -- very sleek. I've only used them a few weeks so far and have overall enjoyed my experience. It's my first time using stainless steel so I expect a learning curve. (I've had success with eggs most of the time!) The pots and pans aren't so heavy that I feel uncomfortable using them, but do feel hefty enough that I'm confident they are retaining heat and providing a good cooking experience. My reason for the 4 stars is that if I turn my burners up all the way (which I do when I boil water) there is an awful high-pitched "squealing" noise that occurs where the lid meets the pot/pan, due to rapid vibration. I can't boil water using that highest setting because the noise is awful.

10 piece pro lvl cookware
I have used this set for a year now. Coming f et om the culinary world I know cookware. This Tramotina tri clad is as nice or nicer than professional restaurant equipment I have used. Worth every penny,this is outstanding lifetime cookware.7 stars on this set

Replaced the frying pans with non-stick
I bought an induction stove and thought these pans would be great, but the frying pans were a real let down. For example, we make eggs (fried and scrambled) a few times a week. The eggs stuck to the pans, even when we preheated the pan. The pots are okay, but do stain like others have mentioned. I kept the set, but I've already replaced the frying pans with Greenpan Spectra non-stick ones. They are fantastic. I would not buy this set again.
Scratched
I was really excited to receive this cookware set, and overall it looks great and feels solid. However, I was disappointed to find that one of the handles came scratched right out of the box. For a brand-new product, I expected it to arrive in perfect condition, especially for an expensive product like this one.
Loving these
These are solid, quality pots and pans. They have some weight to them and I love that I am cooking with something that isn't leaching chemicals into our food. I have so enjoyed cooking with them so far. If you are new to stainless, like I was, I do recommend getting a chainmail pot cleaner. It makes it SO EASY to clean the cookware.
