This clearly states "Reversible and detachable cushions". The sales person who helped me told me the bottom cushions were reversible and detachable. This is not the case. All cushions, bottom and back, are attached and cannot be moved. On top of this it was damaged upon delivery and there are defects clearly not from delivery, including but not limited to seams missing and fiber falling out of where the seams are not sewed. Not happy with my experience thus far. Three photo limit on this review is not enough to show the defects and damage seen upon delivery.

When it first arrived I was like wow, much bigger than i imagined so almost returned it. But after moving it around a few times i found the perfect spot. I actually love it and the hand rests are large idk why the person before said they’re small? It’s wide enough for your cat or a plate to sit there. I think the sofa is beautiful and comfortable. I mean, youre not sinking into it but thats a good thing because over time naturally the leather/sofa will soften. I did not like the kidney pillows so i just removed them.

i was soo happy to order this Beautiful couch at first ...until it arrived. : ( Positives are the Palomino color looks great! 2cd the leather feels quality and soft. But the design and Comfort is a zero! The bottom cushions are rock hard and Very low to the ground, and the rear Pillows are built very short, so much so that your head will have to rest on the WALL, instead of a comfy tall pillow Absolutely no support, Cant get comfortable at all, Arms rests are Thin and hard. Who designed this ?! Lesson, Never buy a sofa or chair online without sitting on it first! Wish I could take it back!! So sad!!

I bought this leather sofa for my first home. Delivery was on time, but it arrived missing one of the kidney pillows clearly shown on the product page (it pictures three; I received two). Since then I’ve called customer service five times and still don’t have the missing pillow. The low point: the Macy’s warehouse called to ask if the pillow might be “inside the sofa.” That’s not a solution—it’s an indictment of warehouse quality control and the handoff with customer service. This can’t be the first time you’ve sold this sofa; customers shouldn’t have to chase parts that should be included on day one. The sofa itself looks fine, but the process is broken. Stop the runaround, ship the missing pillow immediately, and fix the warehouse-to-customer-service follow-through so future buyers aren’t left with incomplete deliveries and circular phone calls.

I love everything about this sofa. It's sleek, classy, comfy. The leather is wonderful, the color is understated, it has the doggy's full approval. The lumbar pillows are a nice visual touch but superfluous.

This chair is wonderful! Smooth leather, comfortable cushions, supportive head rest and the back supports my lumbar curve perfectly. Leg rest even fits my 6ft6" husband's legs!
Green color not accurate
The Hunter green color on website is very misleading. The actual color is an army green, or olive green and sometimes looks gray. I was looking forward to the color advertised and unfortunately the store did not have a floor model. Not sure if we will keep or return. It is a comfortable chair and easy to push to recline. The arm rests are very narrow. Chair is compact and good for small space.
