Great product, Unsatisfactory purchase process

I went into the store looking for this spray, I wanted the bigger bottle. They did not have it in any size. I was advised I could buy it online and pick it up at the store, so I agreed to do that. The system was not working well and would not take any of my cards or cash. Eventually was asked to go to another cash register and got a gift card then went back to the original. I verified with the associate that it was the big bottle and they said yes. The whole ordeal took very long. I went home and waited a few days to come collect the product. Yesterday I went to the store to collect and the bag was given to me. I am thankful that the male associate who helped me asked me ti check it, because I opened it and found out that 1. it was the very small bottle (travel size) and 2 it was broken and the contents had all spilled out. I left the store without the product. He offered to place another online order but I cant go through this inconvenience again. Overall I think this process could have worked out better, and I needed the product urgently as it works amazing.
