I bought this shoes and I find very confy.

Good fit, but would have expected better materials under tommy hilfiger.

These shoes are so nice. I like the way they slide up higher on your foot covering more than just above the toe box. They stay on better than most slides with a perfect sized fit. The sole is stable with some cushion. I got the brown as a neutral, however, I may go back and get this shoe in other colors.

It depends on how wide your foot is—if it's narrow, you don't need to do that.
