Poor Quality

Unlike so many here that have complained about too much mascara on the wand the one that I purchased in store was dried out with little to no product so it was used and returned or old stock. I'm didn't dare use and am returning today. I also bought the eye pencil which I like and you could tell it had been used on one side which I am also not going to use or keep. Third thing I purchased was the liquid lipstick and was given the wrong lipstick in the same color. This was all at the same high end South Plaza store where obviously the quality control is questionable. This should all be checked by the brand representative in-store so used beauty does not go back in stock. At some point someone is failing. I have sensitive eyes and I don't want an eye infection. Not everyone that returns something is going to admit they used it. Totally annoyed my entire purchase was a bust!!!
