Perfect wedding shower gift!
This ceramic mortar and pestle is well made and attractive enough to display when not in use. The smaller size with a good base to stabilize lends itself to fit perfectly in your hand as you crush, mix, or muddle. The mortar is deep so it keeps spices and herbs or whatever is being concocted from jumping out. I use this for grinding whole spices or making a paste with fresh herbs. It is versatile and easy to clean. The wood pestle itself works well on its own to muddle cocktails right in a glass. The color of the wood is as pictured. A fun, affordable gift for an aspiring chef or to add to your own kitchen staples.
