Blisters - Need Refund

Just put them on today and I would like a refund. These are very uncomfortable, fit hurst allover and causes blisters. The craftsmanship needs attention, the back of the shoes run way to high and run against your achilles causes blisters. These are my 4th Ted Bakers (love them all) except these. How doni return them for a refund?
