I ordered some orange earrings but I got brown instead , I was disappointed

Broken earring

The earrings were packed nicely although one of them was broken, but the other half of it wasn’t even in the box so that tells me it was shipped out regardless. So disappointing because I really wanted them and looked forward to buying more, I won’t be.
