I haven’t really noticed any

I haven’t really noticed any difference between when I take it and when I don’t, to be honest. Maybe it’s something you notice over a longer term, though, since I’ve only been taking them for a couple weeks. But I had already been taking ashwaganda regularly so I know that’s already in my system. Not sure yet! The ingredients sound good, though.
