Phenomenal face mask
This is truly the best brand and I believe in any of their skincare products. I knew as soon as I first put this on my face that I was going to absolutely love it. You put this on right before you go to bed on a clean face and then wash it off in the morning. My fave was so smooth and so hydrated all day after applying this mask! I do wish it had directions on the packaging because I had to go online and look what I was supposed to do. Unique and amazing overnight mask!
I absolutely love this very unique type of overnight mask! Most overnight masks I’ve tried are gel types, whereas the Sulwhasoo Overnight Recharging Mask is more like a moisturizer that you apply as the final step in your evening skincare routine and don’t completely massage into the skin. I really enjoy the ingredients, too. It contains vitamin C and retinol, so I’ll definitely be diligent about wearing sunscreen the next morning. It also contains quite a number of essential oils and other natural extracts that leave a soft, pretty, luxurious scent. The fragrance is quite different from most Sulwhasoo products I’ve tried, but it’s light and pleasant to me. If you’re sensitive to essential oils or simply don’t care for scented skincare, that’s something to keep in mind. The next morning, my skin felt smoother and silky soft! Obviously, wrinkles aren’t going to disappear overnight, but I do feel like the ingredients helped make them look softer. With consistent use, retinol can help improve the appearance of fine lines over time, while vitamin C can help brighten the skin. I love that this feels like a luxurious overnight treatment while still being easy to incorporate into my routine. Definitely a unique mask, and one I’m really enjoying!

Overnight extra hydration
I’ve been using this overnight recharging mask as the last step in my night routine about 3 times a week or whenever my skin needs extra hydration. The texture is rich and creamy but absorbs quickly without feeling too heavy. It has a light herbal ginseng scent when first applied, but it fades quickly and isn’t overpowering. My skin feels so soft, hydrated and radiant. The fine lines on my forehead also look smoother. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and it hasn’t caused any irritation or breakouts after using it.
