Packaging has been through it!

This is the second thing I purchased that was shipped and fulfilled through someone else and I’m not happy. I’m return returning this item as well!! I will go to a different store where I can get it in person. The packaging is scuffed up like it has been thrown around in the baggage claim at the airport. I can’t open it up to make sure the item is in perfect condition. Especially after the other review where the person said they got used items . Nope!

Dirty and Used mixed matched

I am very dissatisfied and upset because I purchased these headphones for my trip and they arrived DIRTY USED AND different colors cords and headphones. I expect much more from Macys. I have never been Duped by Macys. Why did you send this garbage to my house!!!
