Never again

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Macy’s. They never helped me with my order, despite me reaching out to customer service multiple times. Each time I contacted them, I was met with no real solutions—they couldn’t do anything to resolve the issue, which was incredibly disappointing. This has been a terrible experience overall. I expected much better support, especially from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this situation has completely turned me away from shopping here. I will never order anything from Macy’s again. Very disappointing.
