It was broke, packaged very poorly
Response from Macy's
Hi Scott, our sincere apologies the platter was received broken. Understandably this must have been very disappointing. We hope Macy's customer service was able to help you resolve the issue. Thank you very much for letting us know as we are always trying to improve our practices.
Mine doesn't look exactly like the picture
The platter is a very nice size. Great for a turkey. The painted turkey does not quite look like the picture. I will use it but I don't know that I would have ordered it if I had known it would quite like it does.
Thanksgiving
All the pieces I purchased were exactly as described. I ordered multiple serving pieces for my grandson to use when he hosts next thanksgiving in his new home. Very high quality

Response from Portmeirion Group
Hi Gabby's Mom! Congratulations on your grandson’s new house. We are thrilled that you are helping make core memories extra special with our Woodland collection.
Shattered in many pieces
I had this item sent to me twice - the first one seemed to be packed well but came shattered in many, many pieces. I reordered it but warned customer service that they needed to change the packaging but they didn’t so the second order came shattered. I was very disappointed with my follow up call to customer service. They refused to send me another platter and now I’ve got to take this huge box with scattered platter to ups in order to get my refund. I can’t imagine that I’m the only one that has been experiencing this problem. They need to learn from their mistakes.
Such a platter. We used it for our turkey🦃
Love it!
