Christmas
Ordered way before Christmas not delivered yet
Returned
Had to return, unfortunately my pieces missed quality control, both pieces had missed and also glob's of paint in areas, and clear glaze or top coat was also glooped up in spots and pepper shaker hole was filled with the harden glaze and not open, I was upset I really wanted these salt and pepper shakers

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with the snowman salt and pepper shakers. It sounds like the set you received didn’t meet the quality standards we aim for, and we completely understand your disappointment—especially since you were looking forward to enjoying them. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our quality control process. Thank you for giving them a try, and we hope you’ll consider us again in the future.
