I ordered 5 items and never received 3 of them and they refuse to refund anything!

SCAM DO NOT BUY

I purchased this item on November 18th and still haven’t received the product or a refund. The seller is unresponsive, and since it’s a third-party seller, dealing with Macy’s has been a nightmare. Customer service continues to ask me to wait for the seller to respond, but it’s been far too long. I’m shocked Macy’s is selling products from such unreliable sellers. I’m currently waiting for a refund after finally escalating my complaint to a supervisor, and I’ve filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the trouble—don’t purchase from Macy’s. Go anywhere else for this product.
