Ordered first time and received controller in open box. I didn’t even check if the controller was brand new and returned it because It was a gift for my friend.Contacted customer support but they claimed that it should be sealed but obviously it wasn’t. Well, I thought maybe they sent it accidentally and ordered it again but in different colour. After another week of waiting I received open box AGAIN!!! Customer support was fast with response but they just suggested to return it again. So I just wasted two weeks of waiting and didn’t get what I paid for
