Buyer Beware

I purchased this necklace online and when it arrived the chain was a huge knot. I took it to my local. Macy’s. The associate was very kind and tried to unknown the chain and just couldn’t do it. It was so bad she suggested that I returned the necklace and use the credit towards another necklace, which I did. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the return and the purchase was unable to be found, which was strange because I had the receipt and I also had the app to show my purchase. I was unable to return it, but then did purchase another necklace and was told that I would be receiving an email to complete my return. I never have.
