Magnesium vitamins
Will happily keep taking these magnesium tablets to see if I continue to see a difference in how I feel personally. packaging is good with it being a glass bottle and the vitamins are easy to swallow with being quite a small tablet. I’m currently having three daily as recommended as a dose and will continue to use.

Good vitamins but not the best for absorption.
I like these vitamins. They are easy to swallow and have no taste. You have to take three of them which seems like a lot but they go down so easily it really doesn’t bother me. I feel I’ve been sleeping better since taking them. My gripe with them is that they are magnesium oxide and not magnesium glycinate which is absorbed much better by the body and gentler on digestion.

Great supplement if you’re not already taking a multivitamin!
These supplements are great for anyone not already taking a multivitamin! Magnesium is scientifically proven to boost energy levels, and B6 is one of the essentials. Just take three of these a day as a supplement to your healthy diet and reap the benefits of feeling calmer, more energised, and less stressed. One thing to note is that you should not take these over a prolonged period of time, as it can cause “mild tingling and numbness” as stated on the bottle. For this reason, I discontinued my multivitamin whilst taking this.

Easy to take
Easy to take and didn’t leave a nasty after taste when taking. Small dosage so easy to swallow. I haven’t overly felt a huge impact yet but that could be due to them taking some time to take full effect. It does help with sleep though

Great to help with sleep
Tablets are easy to swallow with water, it is recommended to be taken with food. Comes in a small glass bottle which I prefer to a plastic bottle. I have started to notice the effects such as I am sleeping better.

I'm really happy with Solgar Magnesium and Vitamin B6 tablets. They are easy to take and help support my energy levels throughout the day. I now take them everyday as part of my morning routine. Easy to swallow, tasteless tablets in a convenient jar, although taking three a day can be a little inconvenient.
I’ve been taking these magnesium tablets for a while now. Personally, I haven’t noticed any significant changes or benefits yet, but i understand supplements can take time to work and results can vary from person to person. The tablets are easy to swallow thanks to their smaller size, and I like that they don’t have any noticeable taste or aftertaste. Taking three tablets a day does seem like quite a lot, but I think that’s because they have kept each tablets small and comfortable to swallow rather than making one large tablet. The packaging is practical too, with an easy to open screw top jar that doesn’t take up much storage space. Overall, while I can’t comment on the effectiveness just yet, I’ve found them easy and convenient to take every day.
