Purchased item online

Shoes had one insole on top of another insole. One insole had the brand name logo with blue numbers stamped near the edge of the insole over another insole that was apart of the shoe that you couldn’t remove and it did not have the brand name logo. I can’t believe they would have the audacity to shipped this to me and think I wouldn’t return it!

Good Shoes But Terrible Ordering Process

I've worn this shoe several times and it looks good with in style, kick crop jeans and wide leg olive pants. It is comfortable with good arch support.

Still Not Here

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks to receive these shoes. So even though they are asking me to review them I cannot review something that I do not have. Probably will never order from them again.

Not enough footbed support

Very cute shoe. I ordered my usual size and they fit pretty good. My issue is (I am over 65) the foot bed is soft but no arch support and not much foot bed support. I feel a little like I am walking barefoot. I can wear them but will not be walking long distances in them. To me they are true to size. If you need more support I'd buy something else. I have a pair of vionics on the way & think those will be better for me.

Beautiful but too long

I was so excited to see that these beautiful shoes came in WW. They were nice and wide, and the leather is top quality. But although I ordered my regular 8.5, they were so long that I had to return them. I am not sure what size to get. I usually run between an 8.5 and a 9. Having very wide feet comes with its own challenges, because brick and mortar stores do not carry all styles in wide. So, there is the long process of ordering, trying on (often disappointed) and returning. I am grateful that because I am a Macy's card holder, I don't have to pay for shipping.

poor fit

Lovely shoe but the fit is poor. I ordered a 7.5 W and the shoe is way too narrow. Unfortunately they need to be returned.
