Very Disappointing Shopping Experience

My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My son and me visited to take the advantage of the state of Maryland free tax weekend. I placed an ordered because he wasn't able to get his size. The pickup Nike Mens V5 RNR Casual Sneakers from Finish Line at Macy's at Bowie Town Center, processes was confusing and misleading, with manipulative pickup dates and misinformation communicated through emails with very confusing headings. After waiting nearly two weeks, the pickup was eventually canceled without any prior notice or reasonable explanation. The lack of clear communication and transparency made the entire Nike Mens V5 RNR Casual Sneakers from Finish Line shopping experience very unpleasant. I expected much better customer service and professionalism
