Poor design

I will have to return the product as my phone doesn’t fit. I have an iPhone 16 pro max. The product won’t accept my phone and just spits it back out at me. My wife, who has a normal sizes iPhone 17 pro, has to take off her case to be able to use the product. Will be returning.

Not as good

My phone often got stuck inside the machine, and I had to manually turn it upside down to retrieve it. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Great product and sleek design!

Love this purchase, I was able to place it in my kitchen area upon entering my home. It's sleek and minimal design fit right into my kitchen aesthetic. Plus, it cleans my phone and makes me feel coming from outdoors. Only feedback, I wish I could fit in my entire phone + case. To clean the entire unit.
